What Should I Expect When Visiting Hillcrest?
We are a "come as you are" church. Our services are family friendly and if you come a little bit early, we have hot coffee and tea ready for you! You will find people in every age group and life stage coming together to worship Jesus Christ. Our music largely consists of songs you hear playing on the radio.
For those of you with children, we have some great stuff for them! The nursery is conveniently located next to our sanctuary. Children ages 2 – 6th grade will worship with you until they are dismissed to go downstairs for children's church! We have Wee Worship for those 2 years old- kindergarden and Big City Studios for 1st-6th graders! Of course, you are always free to keep your kids with you as well!
The most commonly asked question about visiting any church is: “What should I wear?” Come dressed casually or dressed up – we want you to feel comfortable when you come to church. You don’t need to feel pressure to dress a certain way at Hillcrest.
As our guest, please don’t worry about being put on the spot! Everyone attending has the opportunity to provide their name and update contact information and to submit prayer requests and place them in the offering plate. You WILL NOT have to stand and be recognized! We look forward to meeting you and worshiping with you real soon!
